LA Stucco has a solid team of people who are sincerely interested in doing great work. This process is not a quick fix, so don't expect for it to be done in a matter of a few days or even a week. Our house is about 3500 square feet, and in all I would say it took about a month to sandblast, stucco, and paint the trim of the house. Overall, we had a great experience with Robert and his team, and they we're very patient during our color and finish deliberations. The overall effect of the smooth stucco has completely transformed the look of our house, and we love it. We have only had the finish for about a month now, but no problems to date. I will come back and post again in 6 months to give readers the latest update on how the finish looks down the road.

We used LA Stucco for our home exterior makeover. Our home was covered with a combination of old stucco and original wood siding that was literally falling apart. The project was full of hurdles from day ONE, with the city's multiple stipulations on the replacement of our wood siding. After talking to six different contractors, we chose LA Stucco to remove the existing exterior wood siding and replace it with a smooth stucco finish. Being first time home buyers, we were quite nervous having just anyone tear off the front of our home. However, after meeting with Robert from LA Stucco he made us feel very comfortable that our home would be in good hands. He patiently discussed our project in great depth with us and was very clear on what and how things would be done. He brought to our attention details and concerns that originally we were not thinking about and gave us excellent advice and solutions along the way. All the demo work was done on time, which was critical for the scheduling of the "new construction" windows being installed by a different contractor. The demo was quick and clean! LA Stucco's crew was very professional and polite at all times. They were always more than willing to take the time to discuss any questions that I had. Our smooth finish stucco came out beautiful! It's very smooth and looks awesome. Since being completed, many other contractors have been over to bid on additional projects and ALL have made comments about the quality of stucco being first-rate! We have also received a good deal of compliments from the neighbors and people just walking by. Overall working with LA Stucco was great. I honestly do feel they care about their customers being 100% satisfied.

We had heard from our general contractor that LA Stucco were supposed to be the "best at smooth stucco", and to their credit this really does seem to be the case. The transformation of our home is truly amazing. If you are considering smooth stucco it really works wonders in modernizing any home. We opted for a LA Stucco's "fiber mesh" application too, and this so far appears to have worked at eliminating the cracking issues we heard that smooth stucco was notorious for. We also went with a custom color from a paint swatch we found at Home Depot. In under 4 days, LA Stucco provided a 12" x 12" sample in the EXACT color of our swatch. We LOVE it! Fantastic service all round.

We were looking for a good stucco contractor to stucco the perimeter and garden walls of our property in smooth stucco to match the finish on our newly constructed home. Our biggest concern was matching the stucco on our house and protecting the newly installed stone work on the exterior of our home. I met with several stucco contractors, but after meeting Daniel from L.A. Stucco, I knew I had found the right company. From the start his knowledge, professionalism and commitment to quality work sold me. He promised a superior job and his crew certainly delivered on his promise. They showed up when promised, did neat, fast, quality work and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each work day. In fact, they left our jobsite cleaner than it had been before they started. Mark and Robert were a pleasure to work with on site, and the whole crew was very professional and courteous. The stucco work itself was impeccable and they even patched some damaged areas on our house flawlessly. After having experienced some "B" quality sub-contractors over our two year construction project, it was a pleasant surprise to get "A+" service from Daniel and all at L.A. Stucco. I would absolutely use them again and would refer them wholeheartedly to anyone in need of quality stucco work.

I recently remodeled an old, dilapidated, 1920s Spanish architectural home. Needless to say, the place hadn't been touched for nearly 80 years and was truly an eyesore. The existing stucco was horrific looking and unfortunately I did not have enough money in the budget to tear it all down. I needed someone who could not only apply a great stucco finish to the new areas of the house, but that could also work with the existing stucco. I turned to Daniel at LA Stucco after interviewing several stucco companies and am very glad that I did. The job turned out to be a bit more complicated than originally anticipated -- due to issues with the legacy stucco/finish. However, Daniel was always there to provide solutions. And in the end, the product turned out terrific! His crew works extremely hard. They are very skilled at what they do. And as others have said in previous reviews, while the process is messy, they always clean up after themselves, leaving the job site unscathed. LA Stucco is a great outfit -- they truly care about quality. They stand behind their work and provide a great finish at the end of the day. I would highly recommend using them!

Famous for the LA Smooth coat!!!! Couldn't be truer. I am finishing the final stages of my home remodel in Cheviot Hills and I used Daniel and LA Stucco to do the job. These guys are amazing! There must have been 200 years of combined plastering experience working on my house at any given time. These guys are all pros. Started with the professionalism of the corporate office.....Extremely organized and Claudia is great....So helpful! Daniel comes to the job site to meet with you and discuss your needs. Then.....Let the fun begin!! You have got to see these guys work. They are fast, efficient, clean, and perfectionists. We used LA STUCCO because they were the most ECO FRIENDLY providers we could find. Stucco, by nature, isn't 'green' per se. Cement is cement; however LA STUCCO uses a mix that contains 8% recycled content. And, their Omega acrylic smooth coat finish is FANTASTIC. Gone are the popcorn, rough stucco finishes, instead LA STUCCO makes the whole house look smooth and gorgeous. Let’s talk about work ethic. As someone who just completed building a house from the bottom up, the biggest scourge was idiot contractors. They say they'll show up, they don't, they screw things up, do things wrong, don't clean up and don't finish on time or on budget. Fully 80% of working contractors should be in jail. Seriously. THAT is why I’m writing this review. Daniel and his crew at LA stucco showed up EARLY, every day they said they would. They went above and beyond professional. When discovering hidden problems along the way, they didn't nickel and dime... they took care of the problem and kept going. The workers were quiet and respectful - no loud radios, no neighbor complaints. And when they were done, they cleaned up and got the hell out of there, leaving only a gorgeous house. I would like to first start off by saying how wonderful LA Stucco is to work with. My husband and i recently hired LA Stucco & Drywall to take care of the insulation, drywall and smooth stucco finish to our Spanish style remodel located in the Hollywood Hills. Our project was fraught with hurdles from day one, ranging from rotten, framing to damaged stucco and more. Not only did Justin, Daniel (the owner whom is extremely knowledgeable FYI) and his team take care of every single issue with effortless ease, they really were very fair with change order prices and ALWAYS gave us options to choose from. We never once felt that the project was out of "our control" as they ALL kept us in the loop from start to finish. This is my husband and I's 3rd remodel and by far the easiest thanks to Daniel and his crew. We even utilized the services of Pure Construction (Daniel Fitzgerald's general B licensed company) for the bathroom and kitchen tile work and "Tommy" the tile guy was FAB.
